Hi, does anyone have a set of pannier frames (Wolfman or other) for sale. Would consider the soft luggage too in reasonable condition. Also, an IMS or other oversize tank. If you think you can help, reply here, pm me or tel/text on 07974 798111 Thanks, Steve

I said goodbye to my WR250R yesterday when my son Matt loaded it up on his car and set off for the Plymouth-Santander ferry! He is looking forward to exploring his local area (San Miguel de Salinas in the southern Costa Blanca) on it and I am looking forward to visiting and going out on it myself once Matt h...
Hi all, I am looking at this wr250x. It has the black plastics of an X, and a black frame. It has the R front wheel, and maybe the rear wheel too- I know this is a common swap. However, I noticed the forks are silver like an R, and the fork guards are white like the R. So, it seems to be like rather than just swap th...

Probably something we should all do but sometimes forget or over look...well that was me any way . I cannot stress enough how worth while 20 mins of effort it has been. Using a cable oiler tool for a fiver off of flea bay, i did both the clutch and throttle cables easily and more effectively than i've ever m...
Here in Australia it can be a long way between fuel stations & wondering about larger fuel tanks, sounds like in some cases they fit one tank to another but I don't understand what goes !!! I used a 14.5lt Clarke tank on my XR400 & that was perfect, not too big but giving me a good range, I've seen 11...
Hello to one and all, This has got to be my least favourite section of our fantastic little forum . Okay, so i was about half an hour out into todays intended day of muddy adventures, when there was an almighty bang, the engine died and i rolled to a stop. Oh s**t, i really thought i had just blown the engine...

Simple problem, I fitted a short brake lever, all good apart from the brake light on all the time, the lever does not contact the switch fully, is the switch adjustable because if it screwed in half a turn it would work other than that I would have to add to the lever or fit different levers Cheers Terry

Okay, so short story is that having slung her down at speed, quite hard on rocks, i bent my wide, 5mm lower, custom made pegs. Would have been fine in mud as they really are very strong, but rocks it was . The peg actually bent back enough to strike the foot brake lever taking out a tiny chink (can be seen in th...

happy new year all , I was looking forward to my first ride yesterday only to find the WRR would not start she would spin over slowly and the fuel pump runs but she would not start. I charged the battery over night but still no joy today the lights dim down when the starter spins .
The bike has sold but Julian didnt want the 21 inch front wheel so...21 inch front wheel to which I fitted the EBC brake disk needed to fit the X caliper, so you can change the wheel easily without changing calipers. The wheel does not have a tyre fitted.£200 OVNO to include carriage in UK.Lloyd.
Well not much on here so I'll add a couple of videos from yesterday, my WR is still on standard dual sport tyres which is bloody hard work on the soft sand, or it could just be the skill level [video=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=quZ6DD...
