Hi, All I'm back with another starting issue. When I hit the starter button the motor spins over but doesn't engage every so often it catches but fails to start as it dis engages just before. Do you think its the one way bearing that has failed ?

Hi During the kielder Rally the engine fault light came on and the computer showed fault 17, servo problem. My bike has had all the exup/ais/air box mods done and has run well for 7000 miles without fault. Unfortunatley I did not carry out the mods. Hi all after my first ride out I have to say how impressed I am with this bike. The best bit was the top speed 199KPH and it feels solid at that, it might be that that the speedo is a little out and after looking on line there could be an issue does any one know a fix for it ?

Wr broke down today, not happy. Have tracked problem down to a dodgy repair on the Fuel Pump Electrical Connector. The connector needs replacing, it cannot be fixed. I have found some images of the connector on the net. I believe Yamaha do not supply this product on its own and no info on net. Any ideas...

Hi all, my speedometer wasnt working this morning on my wr250r and after riding all day all of a sudden the orange engine light came on but the bike seemed to be running as usual. any ideas what the problem could be or how to fix it? many thanks dayne

What has broken.......nothing in 6,400 miles. Still on the original brake pads.....less then 50% worn. Only changed the chain and sprockets as I wanted to lower the gearing. All the plastic's scrub up like new. The WR's are very well built.
