Hey I bought a new fmf exhaust system and as you probably know the European version of the wr has a O2 sensor. So I am going to tune the bike on the dyno but I dont know what to do with the O2 sensor. Do I drill a hole to the FMF or do I put an emulator on the sensor or any other idea?

Welcome to the forum!

I am sorry you haven't had a response to your question.

When I bought my WR250R, the previous owner had removed all the emissions parts and had fitted an FMF exhaust. However, it was too loud for me and also didn't run as it should.

I managed to acquire all the parts over a period of time to put it back to standard and it worked well.

From what I recall reading, owners that fit the FMF exhaust leave out the O2 sensor and fit a "Commander" unit to fine tune the new exhaust.

If I were you I would get the sensor welded in as close to the original position as you can and then, hopefully, you won't get the problems mine had.

Brian
