Greetings from the north
Permalink

Hi All,

Allow me to introduce myself,I Just acquired a 2008 250r, and after stalking this forum for info, decided it was time to join. I have recently returned to the wilds of north Lancashire after 15 years in the south west of Australia, that where I cut my off road teeth ,(WF 250F and WR450F.)

I figure that the WRR could well meet my off road addiction plus be a bit user friendly on road, Plan on joining the TRF on the hunt for green lane thrills.

Can't wait for some decent weather,( I got a bit soft in all that Australian sunshine) but realize that it could be a while so plan on doing up the WRR over winter. Always interested in others opinions and mods, so keen to find out all the whats, where froms and how muches.

cheers

Welcome to the forum Ian biggrin

It's a bit quiet on here so it's nice to see a new member posting!

I manage another single-make forum which is quite busy with posts about all sorts of repairs etc.

From a forum perspective, the WR250R is just too bomb proof to create lots of posts - I guess that's a good thing......

Brian

Welcome!  I hope you'll be impressed with the TRF too.  It's come a long way in the last few years.
