Hey ya guys,

My name is Paul and i'm obviously now sporting the finest 2 wheels known to man, the WRR biggrin.

I passed over the forum about 6 months ago due to a seemingly low number of inmates and interest compared to our American cousins. I have since decided that if everyone took that attitude, this potentially awsome site could fade out and i'm sure that would be a bad thing for all of us avid European WRR fans. Especially if we ever want to see this bike imported back here again from Yamaha some day smile

Over the comming weeks in a bid to spark a little fire and new lease of life into the site, i shall chuck in a few comments in each and every section, throw out a few questions of my own to stimulate some chat and also put up a few pictures coz we all like to flick over a bit of eye candy.

I hope to see some of you out on the trails and green lanes come sprinng time, but for now here are a couple of pictures of my current ride, half way into a little winter maintanence/ tuning and some adventure setting up to come... will keep y'all posted! Peace out.

Hi Paul and welcome to the forum!

It will be good to get some WRR banter going on wink

Your WRR is certainly a bit of a looker biggrin

biggrin Thanks guys.

...and yep, she's some what lacking in a little dirt or any battle scars. We'll soon put that right over the coming months i think biggrin

Despite being on an '09 plate, i just recently picked it up in completely stock condition with a mere 335 miles on the clock! Sat in a show room, sold, it had actually never seen rain, been off road or even ever been washed! Truely criminal for such a machine. Since in my hands, i don't think the poor little thing knows what's hit it.

Up for the first oil change next week thanks to Brian and Trish at Totally WRs. A truely awesome website for all us Europeans, holding just about everything imagineable and more. Thanks for the superb service Brian, I'll be sure to see you again... and to anyone that's not checked it out, you don't know what your missing!
