Just joined the WRR club on the weekend, had lots of Honda's, Suzuki etc. Still have a TTR for sale. Anyhow took the WR out Sunday & it only had around 60kms on the clock during this ride so taking it easy. Got a couple of videos I hope you don't mind me sharing !!! After spending too much time working on the bike I managed to complete the Border two day rally and the very enjoyable TRF Wessex Wanderer.

I think I may have mentioned Devon TRF Group's annual Axe-to-Exe (A2E) trail riding weekend before but, anyways up, it happened over the weekend. I was volunteered to lead a group and my brother Trev to be my help. A surprise visit from my son Matt resulted in a rapid bike build and he ended up riding my WR...

So with a sunny day on the cards and last weeks trails still fresh in my mind, work took a back seat for the day. After reaching the first lane and then realising that i was out of jungle juice, i quickly doubled back to a garage not to far away before the fun could begin. Thankfully i noticed before i got to co...

The plan for the day was to ride the whole of my A2E route but, it didn't quite work out... The forecast was for sunny intervals and showers and that's exactly what we had but, fortunately, no heavy showers. Just Trev and I today. Late start - had to do a few minor repairs so didn't get away until 11am and a 12...

A massive thank you to SteveT for organising this ride out which for me was my first ride out and I'm still smiling (and my arms are still aching). Grassroots was there as well and we had a great days riding and fantastic company (thank you to Martin KTM and Trevor Honda). I was really impressed with the Ga...

Devon TRF Group is hosting its annual trail riding event (the Axe to Exe) in a couple of weekend's time and I am likely to be called upon to guide a group of visitors along with my brother Trev who will be my TEC (Tail End Charlie). Trev hasn't been out on the lanes since our trail riding trip to France last Ju...

After a few months of prevarication, on my part, I accepted an invite from Jim, a trail riding buddy from many years ago, to go out on a local run with him and three mates. My first trail ride since July It took me a little while to dig out my winter riding gear and fettle the WR250R but I was ready when Jim pas...

As the title suggests, me and a couple of mates go out most weekends and have a good laugh trail riding. Can't recommend the wr250r enough, keeps up and does everything the ktm's do (350exc) (250exc) and the yamaha wr450. I've gave it a lot of abuse but it keeps coming back for more. Hope you enjoy. http:/...
