Looking to replace the Bridgestone BT's tyre on my 17" wheels for my commute to work over winter with Avon Distanzia AM43/44 as they get good reviews on WR sites in States.

Common sizes seem to be AM43 120/70 R17 for front and AM44 150/60 R17 for rear - which is a little larger than current 110/70 & 140/70. Price works out about £200 for pair.................

Has anyone tried these or can comment on suitability?

I have not used the Avons on my old wrx but have on other bikes, they are great tyres!
