That's odd coz I bought a new seat and side panels for my 2009 WRR from the States and they fit fine.

I can't imagine there would be any differences in the frame fitting as the original seat's part numbers are the same for both UK and US models - 32D-24770-00

I guess you are looking to buy this one?

Brian

Hi Steve

Sorry to hijack your thread but did you get the cat removed and, if so, did you do it yourself and what does it sound like?

Brian

I got a mate at work to do it as he can weld, sounds a tad deeper not too loud, i wanted too loose some heat and let it flow better biggrin

I know it's a subjective question but how much noisier is the cat removed silencer?

Is it a loud as the FMF one?  Even with the insert in place that's too loud for me. I bought one on here then sold it on as it was so loud.

How much do you want for your converted one. How much weight did you shed?  Any pics?

Hi Steve
Hardly any noise difference between the standard and the decat, the decatectomy is performed before the baffles so you just get a bigger pre baffle area, there is a link for a vid using the decat on wrr exhaust for sale on this forum that i posted when i first ran the decat pipe.
Nothing is as loud as the fmf !!
Using my luggage scales the decat is 2lb lighter than standard, i think light = loud in the pipe world , the heavier machanical pipes seem to be the quieter option
Asking for £50 +p&p

txt me your email and i will send you a couple of pics

thanks

steve.
